Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Policy governs the sale of (i) digital products delivered by download or streaming, (ii) subscription-based services, and (iii) physical goods shipped to the customer.
2. Digital Products – Final Sale
All sales of digital content are final. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any downloadable or streamable product.
3. Subscription Services – Cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by submitting a written request to [email protected].
Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Future Charges: No further fees will be charged after the effective cancellation date.
Past Charges: Fees already processed are non-refundable.
4. Physical Goods – Return Window & Conditions
Customers may return eligible physical products within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Condition Verification: Returned items are inspected on receipt. Products that show wear, damage, or missing components will not qualify for a refund.
Restocking Fee (if any): A restocking fee of up to 15 % may be deducted for items not returned in resaleable condition.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returns, including outbound and inbound freight, insurance, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized goods
Perishable or hygienic products
Gift cards or prepaid codes
Any item marked “Final Sale”
7. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times of banks or credit-card issuers may vary.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Policy when necessary. Any changes apply only to purchases made after the revised Policy is posted on our website.
